back-pain

Do you have a history of back pain?

Well, I found this interesting site — Back2Yourself.com, providing back exercise programs on the web. Programs include video instructed back exercises, progress tracking and professional support. They do offer free trial and there is a free access to exercise page. You should check this out since you always sit in front of your computer all day :) .

Even though I’m not suffering from back pain now but I know the bad feeling. People nowadays lack of exercise and always play with computer. May be we should focus on our health again. Thanks for info.

I do not know how I came up with this habit, but I tend to move away from the system every hour. There is no alarm or any reminder I have set to do so, but just it happens involuntarily.

So, as of now I am not a sufferer of backpain and I hope I can be like that for the times to come.

That’s a good habit, Suneel. Sometimes I’ll get up for a drink or rest my eyes for minutes.
