What is Google Wave?

Having all the latest technologies in hand sometimes make people confused. What if all those trend setting solutions come under one umbrella? Won’t you really appreciate a single solution which can manage emails, instant messaging, wikis and the latest sensation social networking? This is what Google Wave is in fact.

The Legend always comes up with revolutionary products. Google fans know the fact and expect the best from them. It is not an exception here also. Even amidst of integrating all the so called stuff into one packet, Google Wave come with some other stunning features such as spell checker and translation to 40 languages. Other features, watch the introduction of Wave here.

Though the product is designed as next generation product, it has been a must to have product among those who are very particular about having all the latest applications. The unbelievable response from the developers around the globe is a clear indication of the fact that the globe has accepted Google Wave as part of their growth and development.

Apart from the present style of sending messages and their replies, showing the entire thread of previous conversations or keeping all the records in the mailbox of a customer, Wave store them all in a different way which we often call blips, which seem as a cluster of multimedia messages. These multimedia messages are located on a central server. Another fact is that waves can be shared at any time and the collaborators [of the conversation or whatever things it may be] can be added or removed at any point during the existence of a wave.

Flexibility is what else is to be mentioned about Google Wave. Anyone who participates in a wave can reply or modify a message anywhere. When a user is making changes to the blips, all the readers are notified via email.

Above all the mentioned features, Google Wave is really live. This is mainly because all everything that is happening inside Google Wave appear real time, word by word through out the community.

3 Google Wave Invitations Giveaway

Well, yesterday I received an invitation to preview Google Wave, cool huh? And I’m gonna give away 3 invitations, of course for FREE. You need only to follow @jacobyap and @tweetmato on Twitter and retweet this post. Winners will be selected via Random.org and this contest will end in 7 days.

Good luck!

(Provider of remote desktop access solutions), does a lot to reinforce the brand’s positive image.

With Proxy Pro 6, you get full access to the remote PC, even when remote PC control and/or file sharing has not been enabled on the host PC, which is generally the case with office computers.

Firewalls and settings can be a major hassle when remote PC connections are attempted. But not anymore, Proxy Pro 6 effortlessly gets past firewalls, thus completely eliminating the need for any communication between the user and technician. The software enables the technician to get a complete list of hardware connected to the host PC, besides lists of softwares installed and processes running (processes may be remotely terminated if required). System settings and registry settings can be modified without any difficulty.

User accounts and groups can be viewed without much effort and reboot/shutdown can be performed if required. A great scoring point is that the user at the host PC is not interrupted in any manner. Complete access to the remote PC’s required resources is easily available and any problem can be resolved smoothly.
