Singapore is one of the most admired economies particularly by the third world countries. You do not have to be in Singapore to understand the value of accountability and the seriousness in the way the citizenry takes the matter of service delivery.

The Are You Being Served? blog is a platform for people living in Singapore to use to report and give barbs where necessary in order to improve on the state of service delivery in Singapore. What a better way of exercising the freedom of expression! The site is the kind that all will call ‘addictive’. When you take a closer look at the philosophy behind it or focus on mission, you will surely be in a position to share the opinion with many that it is really the hottest site in the review of the service industry in Singapore.

You can also rest assured that the site is fully backed by some key Governmental and Non Governmental agencies in Singapore which include Spring Singapore, the National Trade Union Congress of Singapore, the Singapore Tourism Board, the Singapore Workforce Development Agency and few other notable organizations.

The key question that will be very basic, forceful and articulate in this blog platform is this: Are you being served?

To the major sponsors of this platform, excellent service delivery is a right that a resident of Singapore has to demand. If it is not given as it is supposed to be, one has an alternative to use the platform of the blog to seek an alternative redress that will not call for parting with any coin. This is indeed the Singapore service squad in operation.

Moreover, you are invited to suggest a mission or share your stories about good and bad customer service in Singapore. For more info, please visit Are You Being Served?
