Remote Access SoftwareProxy Pro 6, the newest remote access software in market, from the house of Proxy Networks, Inc. (Provider of remote desktop access solutions), does a lot to reinforce the brand’s positive image.

With Proxy Pro 6, you get full access to the remote PC, even when remote PC control and/or file sharing has not been enabled on the host PC, which is generally the case with office computers.

Firewalls and settings can be a major hassle when remote PC connections are attempted. But not anymore, Proxy Pro 6 effortlessly gets past firewalls, thus completely eliminating the need for any communication between the user and technician. The software enables the technician to get a complete list of hardware connected to the host PC, besides lists of softwares installed and processes running (processes may be remotely terminated if required). System settings and registry settings can be modified without any difficulty.

User accounts and groups can be viewed without much effort and reboot/shutdown can be performed if required. A great scoring point is that the user at the host PC is not interrupted in any manner. Complete access to the remote PC’s required resources is easily available and any problem can be resolved smoothly.

Does the user have to do anything at all to accept the remote session? I’m looking for a solution to help my mother, who lives 150 miles away. I’d been looking at logmein, but I realize Proxy Pro 6 would be great for service desk personnel in the enterprise.

Hi Christie, I think LogMeIn is more suitable for personal use. After setup, you can login to access your computer from anywhere. =)
