Increasing Twitter followers may be a good way to gain traffic to your blogs. However, do you find that there are too many direct messages in your Twitter inbox? Well, I got 600+ direct messages
, what about you? You might want to delete them all at once. Unfortunately, Twitter doesn’t allow users to delete multiple/all messages for now. You can delete them one by one, but it’s completely insane!
No worry, there is a simple solution — DM Whacker. Just follow the 3 steps below:
- DM Whacker Bookmarklet – Right click and bookmark this link.
- Open your Direct Messages page in Twitter.
- Click on the bookmarklet. On the sidebar, select whether to delete all DMs, or just DMs from a specific user (No @ in front of their name). You can choose to delete direct messages both or either in your inbox or sent folder.
Please note that deleting a DM from your sent folder, it will also delete it from the recipient’s inbox. The same applies for messages you have received.
A quick look:
P.S. Since this is a Beta tool, try it at your own risk.
